🚚 Shipping Coverage & Delivery Areas
- We currently ship within Pakistan only.
- Delivery is available to all major cities and towns via trusted courier partners (TCS, Leopards, M&P, etc.).
- Remote areas may require additional delivery time or pickup from the nearest courier office.

💰 Shipping Rates
- Shipping fee is 500 on all items

📬 Order Confirmation & Tracking
- After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation at the address provided.
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
- Track your package directly through the courier's website or contact us for assistance.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
- Inspect your package upon delivery. If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos/video evidence.
- We offer free replacement or refund for defective/damaged goods (subject to verification).
- For change-of-mind returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days. Customer bears return shipping unless the item is faulty.
- Custom-installed or opened filter cartridges cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
🛠️ Installation & Support
- Some products (e.g., RO Plants) may require professional installation. We can arrange certified technicians in major cities at an additional fee—just mention this at checkout.
- For DIY products, detailed video guides and manuals are included. Our support team is available to assist.
